About Us

A New Beginning for Bobamart

When I first took over Bobamart Milktea Supplies, I honestly had very little knowledge about running an online business.

The previous owner had moved to Australia and passed the business on to me. I saw it as an opportunity, but I also quickly realised that there was so much I didn’t know — from managing an online shop and processing orders, to understanding shipping, products, websites, payments, marketing, and everything else that comes with running a business.

At times, it felt overwhelming. I had to learn almost everything from the beginning.

But instead of giving up, I decided to learn as I went.

Every order, every customer question, every mistake, and every new challenge became a learning experience. Slowly, I became more confident and started understanding how the business worked.

My goal is not simply to sell milk tea ingredients and supplies. I want to build Bobamart Milktea Supplies into a business that customers can trust — a place where bubble tea lovers, small businesses, cafés, market stalls, and home makers can find quality products and friendly service.

Taking over Bobamart was unexpected, but it has become a journey of learning, growth, and new opportunities.

From knowing almost nothing about online business to learning how to run one step by step, I am proud of how far we have come.

This is not just a business I took over — it is a new chapter I chose to build.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Bobamart along the way. Every order, message, recommendation, and kind word means so much.

Here’s to continuing to grow, learn, and share the love of real tea and real boba. 🧋❤️
