Cooking Instructions

■How to Cook - 10 cup water to1cup pearl

■Boil water, bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.

■Add pearls, gently add black pearls while stirring to prevent sticking.

■Boil for 25–30 mins, stirring occasionally until pearls will be floating.

■Turn off heat, cover, let pearls sit for 20–30 mins until soft & chewy.

■Rinse with warm water to remove excess starch & drain.

■Mix with brown sugar/ syrup, rest for 10 mins before serving.

■Best served fresh & warm, use within 4 hours after cooking

■You can refrigerate cooked tapioca for 3 days then reheat to microwave.

Opened package can last for 6 months and should be sealed properly or put in a tight container or freeze.
